Determining Turkey’s strategic vision for 2023 required a detailed investigation of international environment in many areas. For this reason the first day of the congress is dedicated to 20 minute-speeches about the international environment in 2023, new security understandings, the future of nation states, global economic dynamics, the future of technological advances and socio-cultural policies, changes in the environmental and ecological balances, the sharing of water resources and the precautions to be taken.

The second day of the congress is dedicated to 20 minute-speeches about the predicted place of Turkey in the world system in 2023 and several matters that contribute to making up strategies and policies necessary for the determined vision and targets.

And the third day is for reporting and the preparation of final declarations.

A new dynamism is being acquired for the Turkish public about the determined vision,targets, strategies and policies by 81 provinces workshops.
